Shanghai ShengAi Trading Co., Ltd. dedicated to provide the automation and metrology
equipment solutions for PV and Semiconductor industry. At present, our main partner
are Fortix and Hanvit from Korea, Semilab from Hungary.
We have wafer transfer system from stack to cassette, wafer transfer system from
cassette and quartz boat, load and unload system for inline texture etch system/PECVD
system/PSG removal system, wafer separator system, wafer inspection system, cell
sorter and etc. In addition, we also provide consumable parts which can be applied
to automation equipments such as cassette and quartz boat.
So far, we have established long-term good relationship with many well-known companies.
